How To Set Up Email Exchange With Outlook 2011 for Mac

This tutorial focuses on setting up Microsoft Outlook 2011, but these settings are similar in other versions of Microsoft Outlook. You can set up previous versions of Microsoft Outlook using the settings in this tutorial.

Make sure you have created your mailbox in the Exchange Manager before setting it up in Outlook 2011.

 

Setting Up Email Exchange With Outlook 2011 for Mac

You can setup Email Exchange with Outlook 2011 for Mac by following these steps:

  1. Open Outlook 2011.
  2. Click on Tools, then Accounts.

  3. On the Add an Account menu, click Exchange Account.

  4. On the next screen, fill out the required information, then click Add Account.

    Below is a description of the fields:

     
    E-mail address Enter your full email address, such as [email protected]
    Method Select User Name and Password.
    User Name Enter your full email address, such as [email protected]
    Password Enter the password you use for this email address.
    Configure automatically Uncheck

  5. Fill out the required fields, then click Add Account.

    Below is a description of the fields:

     
    Server For Exchange 2016 (AU): mail.premium.exchange
    For Exchange 2016 (UK): email.premium.exchange
