As Crazy Domains customers go, they don’t come much crazier than Cody Husdon.
Hailing from a family of adventurers, Cody has a dream of scaling the highest summits in each continent on earth.
On his blog, Cody says:
I inherited a love of the great outdoors from my late Grandfather.
He was an avid hunter, trekker and mountain lover, often volunteering on rescue teams operating on Mount Cook: New Zealand’s highest and deadliest mountain.
My Grandfather had a dream of climbing high peaks around the world, chasing adventure, and the sense of achievement that comes with it.
Through his own epic adventure Cody aims to raise over $250,000 for the Save the Children charity and to build and support four new schools throughout rural Nepal.
With ambition and determination like that, coupled with a great cause, Crazy Domains is very excited to be able to help Cody and the 7 Summits Project!
Crazy Domains are providing financial sponsorship towards Cody’s first climb this month, along with the 7summitsproject.com domain name, and web hosting for the site. Crazy Domains’ team of graphic designers have also put together the eye-catching logo for Cody and 7 Summits project.
Cody’s fundraising will go towards childrens education in Nepal, including the establishment of schools and education material in some of the most impoverished areas in the region.
Nepal is home to 29 million people, with children younger than 15 years old making up more than 40% of the population, and more than one in three people in the country live in extreme poverty, subsisting on less than $1 per day.
With Cody due to climb Mt Kilimanjaro on December 6, Crazy Domains is pleased to be a major sponsor for the project.
